Honest prices, not wishful ones
We look at what similar items have recently sold for, not what sellers are hoping for. Asking prices sit in the middle of the likely range, and we tell you the lowest offer worth taking. These are indicative estimates, not certified valuations.
Want the whole home done?
If you decide to hand over the rest of the home within 30 days, your $49 comes off any home package. A real person lists everything room by room, so the family can decide what to keep, sell, donate or pass on.
Questions people ask
Is this a valuation?
No. It's an indicative resale estimate based on recent sold listings, checked by a real person. For probate, insurance, tax, Centrelink or family law, you'll need a certified valuer.
What about jewellery, watches, art or designer items?
We give a rough guide of what similar genuine items have sold for, and recommend the right next step: a certified valuer, an authentication service or an auction house. We don't write listings for these.
What if I have more than 10 items?
Choose the 10 you most want to sell. If it's the whole home, a home package is better value, and your $49 comes off it within 30 days.
What do you need from me?
Clear photos of each item in good light, plus any brand label, model number or maker's mark. A short note about age or damage helps.
Do you sell the items for me?
No. You stay in control: the pack gives you the price, the place and the listing, and you post it yourself.
What happens to my photos?
They're used only to prepare your Selling Pack and deleted 30 days after it's delivered. See our privacy page.
