Deceased estates · For executors and families · Australia-wide

One less thing to organise when managing an estate.

A clear, room-by-room record of household belongings, prepared from photographs.

Helping families and executors understand what's in the home and plan the next steps. You or someone helping you takes the photos; a real person in Adelaide does the listing.

A household contents register, prepared from your photographs.

Before belongings can be shared, sold, donated or cleared, someone needs to know what's there. Send us photographs of each room and we prepare an organised record of the home's contents that the executor and family can all work from.

What it isn't. A VraiList register is a visual record of household contents. It is not legal advice, a probate inventory, a certified valuation or a professional appraisal. Jewellery, art, antiques and designer items are flagged for a certified valuer, never priced by us.

  • Room-by-room documentation

Every visible item listed under the room it's in, with brand and model where they can be seen.

  • A photographic record

Room photos marked with item numbers, so everyone knows exactly which piece is meant.

  • Descriptions and condition

Each entry describes the item and notes its visible condition.

  • PDF report and editable spreadsheet

A photo report to print or share, and a spreadsheet you can sort, filter and update.

  • Organised for the next steps

Mark each item keep, sell, donate or discard, and record which family member receives it, before the clearance begins.

How it works

No home visit and nothing to install. Your part is the photographs and the decisions.

  1. You

Step 1, you: Photograph the rooms

Follow our straightforward photo guide: about 10–25 photos a room, roughly 10 minutes each. A family member or helper can take them. Upload through a private link made for your job; no account needed.

  2. Us

Step 2, us: We prepare and review the register

A real person works through every photo and lists the contents room by room. Your draft arrives within 3 business days of receiving all your photos (5 business days for 7 to 10 rooms).

  3. You

Step 3, you: Receive the PDF report and spreadsheet

Mark your decisions on screen, on paper or over the phone, and add anything we couldn't see. Your final PDF report and editable spreadsheet follow within 2 business days.

Questions executors and families ask

Do I need to photograph the entire property?

No. You choose which rooms are documented, and the price is based on the number of rooms. Bathrooms, laundry, hallways and entry are included free. Note any areas you haven't photographed, such as a locked cabinet or roof space, when you upload.

Can multiple family members use the register?

Yes. The PDF report and spreadsheet are yours to share with whoever you choose, so family members in different cities can work from the same list. There's a column to record which family member receives each item.

How are photographs transferred?

Through a private upload link made just for your job. You don't need an account, and you can upload room by room in several goes. Our photo guide shows what to photograph.

How is personal information protected?

We remove location and device data from photos before working on them, and we never record people, family photos, documents, mail, medication or anything showing the address. Photos are used only to build the register, never shared or sold, and deleted 30 days after the final report, or sooner if you ask. See our privacy page.

Does this replace a formal estate valuation?

No. The register is a visual record of contents, not a certified valuation, probate inventory or legal advice. For items marked to sell we give indicative resale estimates based on recent sold listings. Jewellery, art, antiques and designer items are flagged for a certified valuer.

How much does the service cost?

A fixed price, agreed before we start: $249 for up to 3 rooms, $499 for 4 to 6 rooms and $799 for 7 to 10 rooms. Larger homes are quoted. GST is not charged. See full pricing and extras.
