      Follow the VraiList photo guide: about 10–25 photos a room, roughly 10 minutes each. A son, daughter or helper can take them. Upload through your private link; no account needed.

      Receive your report and spreadsheet

      A real person lists everything we can see. Your draft arrives within 3 business days (5 for 7 to 10 rooms); after you mark your decisions, your organised PDF report and editable spreadsheet follow within 2 business days.
